yea, for contest or fest like that(eg. cooking fest) its hard to decide the winner

in game it would be more simple (like the drinking contest you just have to click on a touch on the keyboard, like Space, the more fast you can.)

Well I guess you could write the names of the people who entered and randomly shuffle them and put them in a hat, and then pick a person.
