We're talking about the 5Cs of requirements you need to date a Singaporean girl:
Cash - lots of them,because shopping is a Singaporean girl's life and soul
Credit Card - in case you run out of cash, preferabbly platinum
Condominium - a luxurious appartment to keep all the useless things they've bought on their shopping sprees using YOUR money. No need to worry about not having enough rooms, we'll just turn the kiddies room into a storeroom because they are NOT going to have kids and lose their stick figures to motherhood.
Career - so that you may produce an endless flow of cash, the higher up you are on our career ladder, the more girls will want you
Car - to drive her around from one mall to the other, preferabbly a BMW to strike envy among other Singaporean gilrs and with a large trunk to carry all her shopping bags

i dont really want all those, but if can tat would be great...

I would like the cash part since I don't really need the others:

Credit Card- If he has money then it's not needed
Condominium- I want to live alone so this is also useless for me
Career- I won't marry the guy so when he has no more money it's time to get a new one
Car- I know how to drive and have a car so it's useless too

Anyway, that would be if I didn't really liked the guy, if I loved him then those things wouldn't matter... much XD
