waiting period before you go and start
deleting accounts.
People have lives to attend to after all.

you do not need constant control on the forum.
You need to loosen up your grip a little bit.

Three weeks is enough to determine if a person will never come back or not.
How about this,
if they have not posted more than 100 times, they get 5 days.
And if they have posted more than 100 times, they get three weeks.
That way people who join but never post will be deleted fast,
but dedicated posters have a extra time.

He owns and controls the forum.
