Yes, and I'm glad you have a customer. I needed a silo. It occured to me that keeping fodder in crates is NOT a good idea...

Yes, I think I've done something like that before. Rumages through piles of building plans. Here it is. Unrolls a large piece of paper and examines it. Silo: Takes 2 days to build. Need 70 lumber. For you, it'll cost 2500G. I'll start today. I've got nothing to do anyway...because I have no customers!! (hint hint)
