Just Visiting Her!

Hello? Regan? Hi!

Regan walked upstairs, hands in her pockets precariously. She had thought she had heard someone upstairs in her bedroom but she certainly hadn't suspected that it would be a young girl. "I-I'm sorry. I thought I had locked the door. No one's really allowed in this part of the winery." Regan rubbed the back of her head sheepishly as she stared at the young girl. She didn't have any experience in dealing with kids and was unsure as how one so young might react.

oh... sorry... maybe I could meet you downstairs?

"Umm, yeah sure if you want." Regan was at a loss for words. Not that the trait was too uncommon for her to begin with, but something struck her as odd that such a young child would be interested in conversing with Chocolate Town's self employed vagabond. "So, uhh... are your folks around? I mean, do they know you're out wandering around?"

Welll... sniffle.. I don't have any... parents... sniffle.

*Oh no, she's crying.... What do I do? What do I do!?* Regan's mind went wild in a search for answers. It might have been easier had she not been alone, but it was just her and the girl and social interaction had never been Regan's strong points. "H-hey now, no need to cry. Things'll work out all right." She patted the young girl awkwardly on the the head. "C-can you at least tell me your name?"

Well my name is Lita Ann... stops crying You'rre pretty nice.

Regan's cheeks flushed pink at the Lita's statement. Although it was an innocent gesture Regan was simply not used to getting many compliments. "Umm... how about we head downstairs? If you're thirsty I can get you some grape juice if you want."

this is a nice day, so i decided to visit Regan,the new villager
since i've never met her before..
i brought some presents for her too...

Regan paled, another person had decided to pay her a visit. She was about ready to tell the new visitor that business hours were over when she looked over her shoulder to see Lita still standing there. This would probably be a good chance to have someone else interact with the girl. Someone who was a bit more... charismatic. "Yes, we're up here."

(I went and edited my profile and posted the things I like in the signature section. Every time I save the text it tells me that it will show up but when I come onto the forum I can't see my sig... I have no idea how to fix that.)

"T-that was really nice of you." Regan blushed for the umpteenth time that day. She was unused to having so much attention, let alone getting presents. "I feel quite rude for accepting gifts from someone who I have never met. What's your name?"

Regan waved her off, "Don't worry about it. First round will be on the house." She took a quick look around the room and after deciding that one of her guests would probably mind if they were forced to sit atop her dirty laundry she felt the need to reintroduce everyone to the downstairs. "If you two could wait out on the veranda for a bit I'll go get us some grape juice. The sun looks really beautiful this time of day."
