Wow, that's very impressive Michelle. It also makes me feel a little better about my age, I'll be 17 on May 12th. ^^; My first choice for colleges is Rice University but it really does depend on how well I do on my SAT and SAT IIs...

What's SAT? I don't like uniforms, they are really uncomfortable

I didn't liked my elementary school uniform since it was really ugly but in junior high school we had a quite cute uniform so I was ok with it and I agree with Luna, it's quite troublesome to choose your clothes everyday... I would love to have a japanese-like uniform!! those are reaaaally cute!!

I guess as a girl you are ok with uniforms as long as they look good but... guy's uniforms are really uncomfortable!! specially when you have to wear a tie

and i like when the active boys always complain to the prefects and co. that the tie is troublesome
it makes the day merrier...

Yeah, guys look good with a tie and with a suit!! Oh!! they look reaally handsome in a tuxedo
but I guess it's troublesome XD

reminds me of 3 years ago, the 1st time we need to wear tie,
i dont know how to tied them, so ask around..its so fun, we teaxh each other...
and panicked when we reached school without them, then need to go around and ask who have extra...

you had to use a tie? luckily, now I don't need to use an uniform I feel so free!!

yea we need, its part of our national school uniform(wear it every monday and tue, depends on the grade you are
primary is white and red bottom, secondary, white and dark blue-bottom, the highest one is white and grey-bottom)
and for friday, we have to wear brown coloured uniform(light, and bottom darker)

Ok, see ya!! how weird... different uniforms for each day... here we just use a different uniform on Monday

basically we have 3diffrent uniform to wear in a week
mon-tue--national uniform
wed-thu--shcool uniform(diff school diff uniform)
fri-sat--the 'pramuka'chocolate uniform

I have two uniforms.
October-April= White shirt/blouse, Tie, School jumper, black trousers/skirt, Black shoes.
April-October= White school polo shirt, School jumper(optional), black trousers/skirt, shirt/blouse (with tie), black shoes.
And my P.E kit is a gold polo shirt, blue school shorts, trainers, hockey socks.
My school get frowned upon because we don't wear blazers like all the other schools in this area.

must be seasonal uniform rite...
spring, summer, and fall-winter...

Year nine? Is that like being a freshman in high school? You'll have to forgive me, I'm extremely ignorant of how schooling works in most other countries. ^^;

I think year nine is 8th grade, but I'm not sure. If you have your 14th birthday in 8th grade then it's the same as year9.
So at the moment I'm in 7th grade, or year 8

Oh, ok. I think I understand. Over here 9th graders are also considered freshmen, or first year high schoolers. Whichever floats your boat. I prefer to call them fish. *is mean* <3

Yup, and it stinks because everybody knows where I live. One of the boys in my year asked my sister if she was related to me then she shot him with a spud gun. Naturally when I went back to school I got harassed.
Not only that, all of my friends have issues and I don't think I can cope with all the pressure
