Texans are stereotyped to have a certain attitude,
which is, well,
stuck up.
If the way Texan's are portrayed is really how they act,
then I am not a fan of Texas.

Stereotypes are just that, stereotypes. My comment was made out of amiability, not being 'stuck up'.

Honestly, most people where I live really couldn't care less about the whole 'state pride' thing. We're a state just like any of the other 49 and being from Texas doesn't make us any better or worse citizens.

Well... I am a very shy and non-assertive person at school, in real life. But I am a completely different, outgoing person w/ my friends and when I'm not at school. That's why all the guys that like me are people I'll never see again because they're, like, at camp and soccer and stuff. XD But kind of sad TToTT

I don't think most Texans are stuck-up, except the ones in my grade. It has been said that my class is the one w/ all the stuck-up kids in it.

No matter which part of the world you live in there will be people there who are stuck up, it's not a character trait associated with any one area.
